The Story Behind Truffa
Truffa was created by me, Belle, out of my fascination with high-end French pâtisseries such as Maison Ladurée and Angelina Paris, and by a desire to craft something truly new and unique. I was born in Brazil, where cake culture is rich and deeply rooted. I grew up eating quality cake religiously with our traditional afternoon coffee. That foundation, combined with French pastry refinement, led me to spend a year and a half developing a recipe unlike anything else. Distinct in flavor, technique, and experience.
